Job Opportunity – Electrophysiology Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Location: McAllen, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, five 8-hour shifts per week. Call requirement includes approximately one day per week and one weekend per month.

Highlights:

• Work with a specialized cardiac team performing diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology studies
• Participate in emergency and elective angioplasty procedures with advanced therapies including drug-eluting stents, EP procedures, and pacemaker implantation
• Opportunity to mentor and educate staff in electrophysiology best practices
• Collaborative cath lab environment focused on providing comprehensive cardiac care
• Knowledge of Micropace system is beneficial

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required
• BSN highly desired
• Current Texas RN license required
• Minimum one year of experience monitoring diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology studies required
• NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• Recent acute care experience required
• Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility location
