Location: Wichita, Kansas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, seasonal travel assignment

• 26-bed Labor & Delivery unit with comprehensive high-risk obstetric services
• Patient ratios: 1:1 high-risk labor and cesarean sections; 1:2 antepartum, PPROM, and preterm labor; 1:3 postpartum and outpatients
• EMR system: Meditech with CPN (GE) fetal monitoring
• Self-scheduling model for optimal work-life balance
• Equipment includes Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, and Monica Novii wireless telemetry
• New OB Hospitalist program providing 24/7 attending physician support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Active RN license in Kansas or multistate compact license
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certification required
• Experience circulating cesarean sections preferred
• High-risk labor and delivery experience strongly preferred
