Description
Start Date: June 22, 2026
Location: Bowling Green, Kentucky
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 hours weekly; float rotation with core staff
Highlights:
- 16-bed critical care unit with 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, occasionally 3:1
- Advanced equipment including Impella, IABP, EKOS, Artic Sun, temporary pacemakers, and hemodynamic monitoring
- Electronic medical records via Meditech
- Monitor tech support available; tech staffing varies based on census
- Assist with central line and dialysis catheter insertions at bedside
- Flexible scheduling options with a collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Kentucky or compact state eligibility
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
- PALS certification preferred
- Critical thinking skills and self-motivation essential
- ICU/CCU experience strongly preferred
