Location: Muncie, Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4x12 hour shifts, every other weekend, holiday rotation required

Highlights:

• Float assignment across NICU, Pediatric Acute Care, and Adult Acute Care units
• Diverse patient population including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
• NICU coverage includes attending high-risk deliveries
• Experience with advanced ventilator management including Hamilton G5 and Philips V60 preferred
• Cerner documentation system experience preferred
• 72 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
• Recent NICU experience strongly preferred
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must be willing to float between all units – this is a non-negotiable requirement
