Job Opportunity – Pulmonary Thoracic RN – Intermediate Care / Step Down – Georgia

Start Date: June 22, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, varies; 12-week assignment

Highlights:

• Diverse patient population including intermediate medical, high-risk respiratory, cardiac thoracic surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, and head/neck surgery
• Advanced respiratory support experience with patients on room air to BiPAP or Optiflow
• Step-down/intermediate care environment with complex, high-acuity cases
• 12-week contract with night shift schedule
• Opportunity to work with cardiothoracic and surgical specialty populations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Pulmonary Thoracic or Step Down/Intermediate Care
• Active RN license
• AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
