Description
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, rotating weekends, no call
Highlights:
- 13-week contract assignment in a Level III/IV NICU environment
- Night shift position with rotating weekends and no on-call requirements
- Work with specialized neonatal respiratory equipment including ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and nebulizer treatments
- Collaborative respiratory care team supporting critically ill neonates
- Professional dress code provided – olive green tops with black bottoms
- Opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care setting
Requirements:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
- NICU or PICU experience strongly preferred
- Experience with neonatal ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and nebulizer treatments
