Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license or active Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• AHA BLS certification (active and current)
• ACLS certification (active and current)
• NIHSS certification required
• Two professional references from a manager, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry from assignments worked in the past 12 months
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation
• Negative drug screen within 12 months of start date
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
