Job Opportunity – Interventional Radiology Technologist with Cath Lab Experience – Maryland

Start Date: July 20, 2026
Location: Hagerstown, Maryland
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4x10 shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM; 40 guaranteed hours per week

Highlights:

• Join a high-volume procedural environment averaging 280 cases per month across cardiac, vascular, and pain management specialties
• Work with state-of-the-art Philips and Siemens fluoroscopy suites in a 4-room procedural lab
• Exposure to diverse case mix including STEMI, PCI, EP studies with ablation, peripheral vascular interventions, device implantation, and pain procedures
• Collaborative team environment with 2-3 teams of four during procedural days and dedicated STEMI call coverage
• Required on-call commitment of 12-13 days per 6-week period; weekday call 5:30 PM - 7:00 AM, weekend call Friday 5:30 PM - Monday 7:00 AM
• Weekend shifts required as part of rotating call schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IR Technologist with strong interventional radiology background
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience strongly preferred
• Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS, and ARRT(R)
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility while on call
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions
• Proficiency in angioplasty, stent placement, cardiac interventions, peripheral vascular procedures, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Experience with pacemaker insertion, cardioversion, and rhythm interpretation preferred
