Location: Winston Salem, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with call coverage 10 days per month including one weekend per month

Highlights:

• Work in a 3-room cardiovascular OR with diverse adult and geriatric patient population (ages 20s to 90s)
• Extensive case mix including CABG, valve repairs/replacements, TAVR, robotic thoracic surgery, and complex aortic procedures
• 13-week contract with 36 hours of orientation; scrubs provided
• Electronic charting using EPIC and PYXIS medication management systems
• First-time travelers welcome with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and transportation
• Call schedule: 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM, every third weekend

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
• Active RN license (North Carolina or Compact license accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• Both circulating and scrubbing experience required; scrub skills essential for this position
• CNOR certification preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Candidates must be available for interview within 72 hours of submission
