Job Opportunity – Diagnostic Sonographer – Arkansas

Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Arkansas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: No weekends; 1 weekday on-call shift per week; 30-minute call-back response time required

Highlights:

• Perform a diverse case mix including TTE echocardiograms, TEE, stress echo, venous reflux exams, carotid and arterial dopplers, ABI, pericardiocentesis, thrombin injections, and vein mapping
• Work with state-of-the-art Philips Epiq ultrasound equipment including CVX and Elite models
• Must have experience with Definity contrast echocardiography
• MediTech EMR system utilized for documentation and workflow
• 13-month assignment with competitive compensation
• Non-local candidates preferred; relocation assistance may be discussed

Requirements:

• Active ARDMS certification (required)
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of sonography experience (required)
• Demonstrated echo and vascular experience (required)
• Experience with MediTech EMR system (required)
• Ability to independently perform IV starts (required)
• Proficiency in performing echocardiograms with Definity contrast
• Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and two supervisory reference forms (within 2 years) required for submission
