Location: Augusta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48 hours per week, 6-week assignment, every other weekend required, acuity-based patient ratios (typically 1:4 or 1:6)

• Part of a Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, Cardiac Care, Burn Center, and Level II NICU system
• Mid-shift PCT support with collaborative team approach to patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Current RN license
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification
• All required certifications must be submitted with application
• Proficiency in IV insertion, Foley catheter insertion, NG tube insertion, and assisting with standard ED procedures
• Experience with common emergency chief complaints and trauma patient care
