Job Opportunity – MRI Technologist – Ohio

Start Date: August 10, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Block schedule, Thursday through Monday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (weekend night shifts)

Highlights:

• Diverse imaging caseload including neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal studies with focus on oncology, stroke workup, and trauma cases
• Average daily census of 35-40 cases supporting both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Work with advanced Siemens MRI equipment and EPIC electronic documentation system
• Serve adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations in a dynamic healthcare environment
• 40-hour orientation to ensure successful integration into the team
• Travel assignment open to local and out-of-state candidates at the same rate

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required; travel experience preferred
• ARRT (R) certification and BLS certification required
• Valid Ohio State License (submissions without OH license acceptable for credentialing purposes)
• Demonstrated experience in adult ICU, adult outpatient, and pediatric acute care settings
• Proficiency with Siemens MRI equipment is mandatory
• Advanced imaging skills including gradient echo, spectroscopy, perfusion, MRP, MIP, and specialized post-processing techniques
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration, peripheral IV starts, and PACS systems
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccination not required
• 2 professional references required, with at least one from a manager or director-level supervisor
