Location: Cartersville, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Flexible scheduling as determined by facility needs; every other weekend required; 5:1 patient ratio across all shifts

Highlights:

• Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit with 20-bed capacity serving adult and geriatric populations
• Epic charting system preferred; 6-hour orientation provided
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Float within facility and scope of practice as needed; no call required
• Maximum 7 days of pre-approved time off available; blackout dates August 5-10, 2026
• Holiday coverage expected per assignment length; flexibility required for scheduling

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of application
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Strong skills in telemetry monitoring, IV management, feeding tube care, wound care/wound vac, and Med-Surg/Tele experience
• Experience with 5:1 patient ratios; community hospital and trauma level experience preferred
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date to ensure timely onboarding
