Location: Dothan, Alabama
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 shifts available based on preference; Wednesday through Tuesday pay period; every other weekend required

• 42-bed unit with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, and Pharmacy
• 16 hours of non-billable orientation provided; orientations occur every other Monday

Requirements:

• Active Alabama RN license or Compact license in good standing (required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience working in large healthcare facilities
• BLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Proficiency in critical drips: Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone
• Strong skills in Telemetry, Med/Surg, IV management, central line blood draws, blood product administration, PCA pumps, PICC line management, Heparin, and Insulin administration
• Comfortable managing high-acuity patients with 1:6 or 1:7 ratios
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions only)
• Flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions only)
• Permanent address must be at least 90 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Compliance documentation must be completed one week prior to start date
