Job Opportunity – Multispecialty Ultrasound/Echo Technologist – Texas

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Plainview, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Days with on-call coverage required Monday–Friday 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM and 24 hours Saturday & Sunday. Weekend on-call required.

• Full-body multispecialty imaging position requiring expertise across general ultrasound, vascular, and echocardiography
• 49-bed short-term acute care facility with Level IV Trauma designation
• Epic charting system with PACS integration
• Patient ratio of 8:1 with no required floating between units
• Reduced orientation period – 0 hours non-billable orientation
• Opportunity to assist with precepting clinical staff

Requirements:

• ARDMS, ARDMS VT, CCI, or RDCS certification required
• BLS certification current and in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a multispecialty sonographer
• Comprehensive skills required: general ultrasound (abdomen, pelvis, breast, superficial structures), fetal/OB ultrasound (all trimesters, transvaginal), vascular studies (arterial and venous, upper and lower extremity, carotid, renal artery), and adult echocardiography (M-Mode, contrast echo, stress treadmill)
• Experience across all patient populations: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Compact state license or state-specific licensure required at time of submission
