Location: Wichita, Kansas

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Night Shift

Highlights:

• Level IV, 84-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at a large teaching facility
• Patient ratios of 2:1 in NICU and 3:1 in NSCU, supporting safe and effective care
• Comprehensive case mix including whole body cooling, surgical cases (NEC, PDA, CVC), PDA ligations, high-frequency ventilation, and chest tubes
• Collaborative team of 160 staff members including Charge CNC Nurses, RNs, Unit Secretaries, and Respiratory Therapists
• EMR system: Neonatal Notes Manager and Meditech
• Seasonal travel opportunity with potential for professional growth in a high-acuity neonatal environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care NICU hospital experience required
• Active Kansas RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Level IV NICU experience preferred
• Prior Meditech experience and travel experience to large teaching facilities a plus
