Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Progressive Care Unit – South Carolina

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Greenwood, South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts per week; weekend coverage required; patient ratio 1:4-5

• Assignment includes cardiac drip titration, vasoactive drip management, and insulin drip protocols
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory therapy, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and more
• First-time travelers welcome with a minimum of 1 year of RN experience

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina RN license at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and high-acuity stepdown patient populations
• Skills required: BiPAP/CPAP management, heparin protocols, high flow nasal cannula, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, post-MI care, and pre/post cardiac cath management
• Two supervisory references required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed); flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
