Location: Arlington, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: AM Shift, 36 hours per week, rotating weekends, floating as needed

Highlights:

• 18-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit specializing in neurological, cardiac, and orthopedic adult populations
• Patient ratio of 5–6:1 with RN and PCT support
• 13-week assignment with real-time training resources for rehabilitation-specific documentation
• Meditech EMR system; opportunities to develop specialty patient mobilization skills
• Exposure to diverse procedures including IV therapy, catheterization, wound care, and central line management
• No guaranteed call requirements

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required
• Prefer 2 years of inpatient hospital experience in medical-surgical, stepdown critical care, or inpatient rehabilitation nursing
• Experience with neurological, cardiac, and/or orthopedic patient populations preferred
• Willingness to learn rehabilitation-specific documentation and patient mobilization techniques
• Strong attention to detail and receptiveness to coaching
• Ability to comply with facility dress code including royal blue scrubs and PPE requirements
