Job Opportunity – LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Indiana

Start Date: July 13, 2026
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Schedule: Shift-based patient care in a long-term acute care setting

Requirements:

• Active Indiana RN license or multistate compact license
• ACLS and BLS certifications (must be American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years recent Telemetry and LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated ventilator and tracheostomy patient care experience
• 2 to 5 years total registered nursing experience required
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical documentation skills
