Start Date: July 20, 2026
Location: Polson, Montana

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (potential for 4 days/week at 10 hours per shift). On-call coverage includes 8 shifts per month with variable call on weekends and nights. Every 3rd or 4th weekend rotation depending on unit needs and time off requests.

Highlights:

• Critical Access Hospital with 22 beds and a 2-room OR
• Diverse surgical specialties including OBGYN, Ortho, GI/GS, ENT, Pain, and Dental
• Full perioperative experience across Pre-op, Circulating, OR, PACU Phase I/II, and Endoscopy
• Epic EMR system in use facility-wide
• Patient ratios vary from 1:1 to 1:4 based on acuity and unit assignment
• Scrubs provided for OR; free parking available

Requirements:

• Active Montana or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience
• Critical Access Hospital experience required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must be able to circulate C-sections (required skill)
• Experience with a broad range of surgical procedures including laparoscopic cases, total joint replacements, ENT procedures, dental surgery, and gynecological procedures
• Proficiency in conscious sedation monitoring, specimen handling, starting peripheral IVs, and wound management
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
