Start Date: July 20, 2026 (orientations held every other Monday)

Location: Charleston, West Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4x10 Days, Monday–Friday, typically 7:30 AM–6:00 PM with on-call rotation (weekdays and weekends). Every third weekend required (5–6 total weekends per contract). On-call requirement includes approximately 8 days per month with 30-minute response time. 40 hours per week guaranteed with 2-hour minimum call-back.

Highlights:

• Work in a state-of-the-art interventional vascular radiology suite performing peripheral angiography/venography, EVAR, TEVAR, carotid stenting, neuro-intervention including acute stroke, and embolization procedures
• Daily census of 7–10 patients in a Level IV Trauma Center and major teaching hospital with 838 staffed beds
• Utilize Siemens fluoroscopy equipment and Cerner charting system in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• First-time travelers welcome; open to accommodating reasonable blocked schedule requests
• Free parking provided for travelers
• Potential floating to sister facility (2 miles away) for approximately 1 week during contract

Requirements:

• ARRT certification required
• West Virginia State License required (may submit with pending, but must be active prior to start)
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association only); Vascular Intervention certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in interventional radiology setting
• Proficiency with PACS, fluoroscopy equipment, vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose), sterile technique, and EKG lead placement
• Experience with equipment setup, accurate patient monitoring, room circulation, scrubbing, and maintaining sterile field
• Minimum 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility (75–99 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
• Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 1–March 31) unless medical exemption documented
