Job Opportunity – Medical Laboratory Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist – Georgia

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, every other weekend rotation required, 13-week assignment

Requirements:

• Active certification: ASCP, AMT, or AAB required
• Must qualify as Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) – Medical Laboratory Technician credentials will not be considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty
• Hands-on experience with Sysmex and CellaVision systems strongly preferred
• Previous work in a large hospital laboratory (600+ beds) highly desired
• Demonstrated competency in performing differentials and managing complex specimens including neonatal samples
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
