Schedule: 36 or 48 hour guarantee per week; 12-hour shifts with every other weekend coverage required; Maximum 7 days RTO permitted (blackout April 4-12)

Highlights:

• High-volume Emergency Department with 59 beds serving 165-175 patients daily
• High-acuity patient population including adolescents through geriatrics with stroke and STEMI certification
• 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, and pharmacy
• Epic EMR experience absolutely required; Pyxis medication management system
• Contract length varies; non-billable orientation hours provided based on assignment duration
• Holiday coverage required per facility policy for major holidays falling during assignment period

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Emergency Department RN experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required; strong preference for candidates with 3+ completed ER travel assignments
• Epic charting system experience required (hard stop)
• Active Georgia or Compact state RN license required at time of submission
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS required
• Experience with high-acuity emergency conditions, IV management, procedural sedation, and trauma care preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Full compliance required prior to start date; all documents due Tuesday before orientation
