Description
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Wilmington, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4x10 shifts, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with call and weekend rotation

- 80 hours of comprehensive orientation with scrubs provided
- Epic Dimensions documentation system with Pyxis medication management
- Opportunity to work with complex neurovascular cases in a specialized setting
Requirements:
- ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS certification required
- ARRT VI preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience; 3-4 years in neurovascular preferred
- Experience with neurovascular procedures including IR lab work, intracranial thrombectomies, aneurysm coiling, and AVM embolization
- Proficiency with Epic charting system required
- North Carolina state license or Compact license
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
Schedule Details:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Call requirement: 1 night weekly and every 4th weekend
- Weekend coverage: Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 6:30 AM
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
Patient Population & Procedures:
- Adult and geriatric patients with intracranial aneurysms, AVMs, carotid stenosis, and large vessel occlusions
- Advanced procedures including flow diversions, MMA embolization, carotid stenting, and kyphoplasty
- Hybrid intracranial aneurysm clippings
