Location: Arlington, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM) Monday, Thursday, Friday OR 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Call required; 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Highlights:

• 17-bed surgical suite specializing in neurosurgery (85% spine, 15% brain procedures)
• Advanced robotics including DaVinci XI, Globus, and Mako systems
• Diverse case mix: General, Neuro (including craniotomies), Orthopedic, Robotic, Urology, Plastic, Cardiac, and Transplant procedures
• 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio with 1-2 surgical techs per case
• 13-week travel assignment with potential for extension
• Meditech documentation system

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience in an acute care hospital setting (surgery center experience does not qualify)
• Strong neurosurgery experience is essential
• Robotic surgery experience preferred
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
