Job Opportunity – Critical Care Unit RN – Tennessee

Start Date: July 20, 2026
Location: Springfield, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; 2:1 patient ratio, sometimes 3:1 based on acuity

Highlights:

• 8-bed Critical Care Unit with diverse adult patient population including DKA, sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-cardiac catheterization care
• Supportive team environment with experienced staff, many with 5+ years tenure
• Electronic documentation via MedHost; unit equipped with Mindray Datascope monitoring and Monitor Tech support
• Exposure to advanced procedures including bronchoscopy, CVC line placement, chest tube insertion, and bedside scopes
• Opportunity to provide direct, community-focused patient care in a close-knit hospital setting
• May include floating to other units as needed

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Tennessee (or compact state license)
• ACLS, BLS, and CPI certifications required
• Critical care experience with knowledge of ventilators, drips (sedation and vasoactive agents), and central venous catheter care
• Proficiency in managing a variety of critical care diagnoses and patient populations
