Location: El Paso, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week; weekend requirement includes 4 per month

Highlights:

• 13-week contract assignment in a dynamic 19-bed combined Pediatric ICU and Pediatric unit
• Patient ratios: 1:2 PICU, 1:3 IMC, 1:5 Pediatrics (with support from PCTs when available)
• Work with state-of-the-art equipment including Hillrom beds, GC monitors, and advanced infusion pumps
• EMR system: Meditech
• No on-call requirements
• Exposure to diverse pediatric cases ranging from routine surgical care to critical intensive care patients requiring mechanical ventilation and vasoactive drips

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Pediatric nursing experience required
• Pediatric ICU experience strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly and function as a team player
• Openness to constructive feedback and continuous professional growth
