Description
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Greenville, South Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; every other weekend with flexibility based on unit needs; float required as needed
Highlights:
- 13 to 26-week contract options available
- 32-bed cardiac telemetry unit specializing in post-surgical cardiovascular patients
- 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio across all shifts
- Epic EMR system with Omnicell medication management
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
- 24 hours of orientation with paid pre-start module completion (up to 16 hours reimbursable)
Requirements:
- Active South Carolina RN license
- Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and arrhythmia certifications
- Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
- Minimum 2 years of cardiac telemetry or medical-surgical telemetry experience; 3 years preferred for first-time travelers
- Must pass facility-administered EKG exam prior to start
- Demonstrated experience with cardiac drips, insulin drip titration, blood product administration, central line management, and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Experience caring for post-cardiac surgery, post-cardiac catheterization, and post-MI patients required
- Must reside 50+ miles from the contracted facility
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
