Schedule: 12-hour night shifts supporting approximately 45 cases across 17 operating rooms; no call requirement

Highlights:

• Minimum 36-hour comprehensive orientation including Epic EMR training
• Must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating roles
• High-volume surgical environment with diverse specialty cases including neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular, and robotic procedures
• 13-week assignments available with potential extension through February 2027
• Scrubs provided (Ceil Blue); facility utilizes Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR communication protocols
• No floating required; supportive interdisciplinary team including radiology, pharmacy, and interpretation services

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care Operating Room experience (must have worked in OR setting within the last 6 months)
• Previous travel experience required
• Must be able to both scrub and circulate
• Strong clinical experience required in at least 2 of the following 4 specialties: Neuro/Neuro Spine, Ortho/Ortho Spine, Vascular, or Robotics
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Active North Carolina or Compact State RN/Surgical Tech license (pending license acceptable for submission)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Candidates in recent management roles will not be considered
