Job Opportunity – Radiation Therapist – Ohio

Start Date: August 10, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (8.5-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch break); 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks to maintain 40 guaranteed hours

Highlights:

• Work with advanced Varian TrueBeam linacs, Halcyon systems, and Aria version 15
• No on-call, no weekends – consistent weekday schedule
• 40 guaranteed hours per week treating diverse patient populations including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Comprehensive onboarding with 40 hours of orientation (first week: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Experience with Head & Neck and CNS (Brain/Spinal Cord) cases preferred
• Teaching hospital environment with exposure to complex cancer treatments including SRS, TBI, and pediatric oncology

Requirements:

• Active Ohio State License and ARRT in Radiation Therapy Technology
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Full competency on Varian TrueBeam linacs, Halcyon, and Aria systems required
• Knowledge of Vision RT or OSMS preferred but not required
• Epic charting system experience
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager or supervisor)
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
