Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Cartersville, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Float pool position with flexible scheduling; every other weekend required; no call; patient ratios up to 1:7 in Medical-Surgical units

Highlights:

  • Float pool role with exposure to Emergency Department, ER Hold, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Stepdown/PCU units
  • Diverse clinical experience with a wide variety of patient populations and acuity levels
  • Epic charting system in use throughout facility
  • First-time travelers welcome with a minimum of 2 years of RN experience
  • ICU experience required; must be comfortable with critical care skills and equipment
  • Holiday coverage required based on assignment duration

Requirements:

  • Active Georgia or Compact RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience with ICU background
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Proficiency in critical care skills including arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP, ventilated patient care, central line management, IV starts, dysrhythmia management, and titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips
  • Flexibility to float throughout facility within scope of practice
  • Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
