Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit RN – Georgia

Start Date: July 20, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Float Pool assignment to all PCU/IMCU units; 1:3-4 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• Float to all Progressive Care and Intermediate Care units with cardiac patient populations
• Diverse case mix including STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery, and chest pain patients
• Experience with cardiac drips: Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors
• May be assigned to telemetry beds with lower acuity patients within the same unit
• EPIC EMR system in use
• Minimal time-off restrictions

Requirements:

• Current and valid RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of progressive care or cardiac unit experience in a similar-sized facility
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability for float pool assignments
• Professional badge photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
