Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Washington

Start Date: July 13, 2026
Location: Washington
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts, day shift, 8-week contract

Highlights:

  • Level III NICU with advanced capabilities including mechanical ventilation, high-frequency oscillation, and nitric oxide therapy
  • Complex patient population ranging from 23 weeks gestation to 4 months
  • Comprehensive case mix including extreme prematurity, respiratory distress syndrome, congenital anomalies, and critical neonatal conditions
  • Hands-on role attending high-risk deliveries, C-sections, and providing neonatal emergency response
  • Bedside procedures including intubations, peripheral IV insertion, percutaneous catheter insertions, and parenteral therapy
  • Experience with ventilators, oscillators, pressors, and care of anatomically and physiologically micro-preemies

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse license in state/district
  • Minimum 3 years of Level III NICU experience required
  • STABLE, NRP, and BLS certifications required
  • Proficiency with mechanical ventilation, high-frequency oscillators, and vasoactive medications
  • Experience caring for extremely premature infants and complex neonatal conditions
  • Must reside at least 50 miles from facility location
