Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Maryland

Start Date: July 20, 2026
Location: Randallstown, Maryland
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every other weekend | Every other holiday | No call required | 2:1 patient ratio

• 16-bed unit with average daily census of 12 patients and comprehensive interdisciplinary support
• Advanced specialty procedures including bedside tracheostomy insertion, central line placement, and dialysis catheter insertion
• State-of-the-art equipment including CRRT (Nexstage), Arctic Sun, and Baxter Sterling systems
• 24 hours of orientation provided to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements:

• Active Maryland RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU staff nurse experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, Prophecy Relias Advanced EKG, and 4-hour annual stroke CEUs
• Demonstrated competency in surgical intensive care, CRRT, accessing/managing ports, PICC line management, and interpretation of ABGs
• Proficiency in ventilator management, titrating vasoactive and cardiac drips, arterial line management, and managing multisystem organ dysfunction
• Experience with blood product administration, CVA/acute stroke management, and procedural sedation
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccination not required
• Willingness to float within the hospital as needed, within scope of practice
