Location: Wichita, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 1:2 patient ratio (1:1 for high acuity patients including post-CABG)

Highlights:

• 26-bed Surgical ICU in a large trauma facility with advanced critical care capabilities
• Diverse case mix including trauma patients, post-CABG, post-TAVR, and general post-surgical ICU cases
• Access to specialized equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia devices, and ECMO
• EMR system: Meditech
• Collaborative team environment with experienced critical care nursing staff and dedicated patient care technicians on every shift
• Opportunity to work with chest tubes, central lines, and complex medication drips

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience required
• Active RN license in Kansas or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Prior experience traveling to large trauma facilities preferred
