Requirements:

• Active RN license (Ohio permanent license or Compact license accepted)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (must be active with nothing pending)
• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab/Interventional specialty
• One reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Negative drug screen required within 12 months of start date
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting required within 48 hours of contract signing
