Schedule: 13-week assignment with 3:1 patient ratio; call coverage includes 2 weekend shifts and 2 weeknight shifts per month

Highlights:

• Work in a 471-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital with a 27-bed PACU unit
• Experience diverse case types including General, Ortho/Spine, Total Joints, Endo/Laparoscopic, and more
• Epic charting system with 16 hours of paid orientation
• Scrubs provided; comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Care for all age groups from pediatrics through geriatrics in Phase I and Phase II recovery settings
• Pre-approved time off available; modules billable up to 5 hours

Requirements:

• Current New York RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of PACU experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Epic charting experience is mandatory
• Demonstrated competency in phlebotomy and IV placement/maintenance
• Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location
• First-time travelers welcome; floating required
• Maximum 10 days of requested time off during assignment
