# Job Opportunity – Telemetry RN – North Carolina**Start Date:** July 20, 2026 **Location:** Spruce Pine, North Carolina **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Rotating shifts with flexible scheduling; rotating weekends required**Highlights:**

• 25-bed acute care telemetry unit with capacity for up to 27 patients including ED holds
• Staffing ratios supported by charge nurse, 4-5 RNs, and 2-3 PCTs/HUCs per shift
• Telemetry and continuous oxygen monitoring with modern equipment including BiPAP, Vapotherm, lifts, and Baxter pumps
• Cerner EMR platform
• Collaborative team environment with excellent communication and support
• Opportunity to float to Emergency Department as needed

**Requirements:**

• Active North Carolina RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Telemetry experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• ICU experience preferred
• Experience with wound care procedures
