Highlights:

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit with diverse case mix including pre- and post-operative patients
• Utilize nursing standards and protocols in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Work with specialized medical equipment and electronic health record systems
• Contract role with defined start date and opportunity for meaningful patient impact
• Practice in a community hospital setting in scenic Wyoming

Requirements:

• Active Wyoming RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing with strong clinical assessment skills
• Proficiency in medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and catheter insertion
• Knowledge of discharge planning and patient education principles
• Strong time management and documentation skills
