Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: July 20, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 28-bed Progressive Care Unit/Intermediate Care Unit with cardiac population; Patient ratio 1:3–4

Highlights:

• Specialized cardiac care including STEMI, NSTEMI, post-cardiac surgery, and chest pain patients
• Experience with cardiac drips required (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors)
• Mixed acuity assignments may include telemetry beds within the same unit
• Minimum 2 years PCU experience in a similar-sized facility required
• Collaborative team environment in a high-acuity progressive care setting

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years documented Progressive Care Unit experience in a similar-sized facility
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Demonstrated experience managing cardiac drips and high-acuity cardiac patients
• Professional badge-appropriate photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
