Description
Start Date: August 10, 2026
Location: Northern Michigan
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time, every other weekend; no on-call requirements

- 60-bed Medical-Surgical unit with mixed acuity and diverse patient populations including post-surgical cases, medical conditions, traumas, strokes, and inpatient hospice
- Patient-centered nursing practice focused on safety, quality care, and positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Requirements:
- Active Michigan RN license (verification through LARA and Nursys required)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2+ years of direct Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
- Trauma Level I or Level II experience required
- Skills checklist completed within one year of application
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Strong commitment to attendance and reliability (strict attendance policy in place)
