Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: July 20, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time assignment in a 28-bed Progressive Care Unit/Intermediate Care Unit with nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4

Highlights:

• Specialized cardiac population including STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery patients, and chest pain
• Experience managing cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors
• Mixed acuity environment with PCU/IMCU and telemetry bed assignments in the same unit
• Minimum 2 years of documented PCU experience required in a similar-sized facility
• Opportunities to work with a dedicated cardiac care team in a fast-paced metropolitan setting

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state license with ability to practice in Georgia
• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit experience in a comparable acute care facility
• Documented experience with cardiac patient populations required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Proficiency with cardiac drips and hemodynamic monitoring
• Professional badge photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
