Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week assignment with extension option; 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio; includes 6 weekend shifts per contract; 20-hour orientation provided

Highlights:

• Fast-paced Emergency Department serving all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• High-volume facility with approximately 220 visits per day and 54-room department
• Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and radiology
• Two pre-approved time-off requests allowed during assignment
• Work with a full spectrum of emergency cases including trauma, stroke, STEMI, and critical care
• Extension opportunities available with short break option

Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year of Emergency Department travel experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
• Epic charting system experience required
• COVID-19 vaccination required with no exemptions
• Flu vaccination required with no exemptions
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency in critical skills including IV vasopressor management, blood product administration, ventilated patient care, central line management, continuous IV sedation, and dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
