Location: Morgantown, West Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; 3x12 or 4x12 schedules available; weekdays with every other weekend rotation

Highlights:

• 12-bed inpatient oncology unit with medical-surgical overflow
• Patient ratios of 1:5-6 with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, physical therapy, and rapid response
• 13-week initial contract with strong potential for extension
• Flexible contract lengths accepted; facility is open to longer assignments
• Cerner EMR system with 12 hours of orientation provided
• Oncology experience preferred but not required; ideal opportunity to develop specialty skills

Requirements:

• Active West Virginia or Compact State RN License
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Preferred certifications: ONS chemo/bio certification, OCN, ONS/ONCC
• Competency in IV starts and central line management
• Minimum of 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years
• Must maintain permanent address at least 100 miles from facility location
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccination not required
• Strong attendance record required; facility maintains strict attendance expectations
