Schedule: Outpatient setting; details to be determined. Overtime and holiday multipliers at x1.25. Non-billable orientation: 8 hours.

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license and current registration with Nursys
• 2+ years of current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion
• Chemotherapy Certification (ONS) required
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential required
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Peripheral IV insertion, port, fistula, and catheter access experience required
• IV Certification highly preferred
• BSN preferred
• Completion of de-escalation training from an approved provider
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must hold a valid New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate
• 14-panel drug screen required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
