Description
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Location: Dulles, Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, day or night available; one to two on-call shifts per month preferred; weekend rotation required
Highlights:
- Modern Labor & Delivery unit with 10 labor beds, 13 postpartum beds, and 2 operating rooms in a rapidly growing facility
- Supportive 24/7 in-house OB Hospitalist and Neonatology team on site
- Full-spectrum care including labor, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, inductions, and OB triage
- Advanced technology including labor tubs for midwifery patients and comprehensive fetal monitoring systems
- EMR systems: Meditech and CPN
- Level 2 NICU on-site with dedicated lactation consultants to support comprehensive maternal-newborn care
Requirements:
- Active Virginia RN license or compact state license
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and C-EFM (fetal monitoring)
- Flexibility and strong teamwork orientation essential
- Willingness to float to Postpartum as needed
