Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 3 weekends in a 6-week schedule, floating required when needed

Highlights:

• Cardiac telemetry unit with case mix including MI, CHF, arrhythmias, PVD, and med-surg overflow
• Manage cardiac drips without titration responsibilities
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1, occasionally 6:1
• No on-call requirement
• Opportunity for temp-to-perm placement
• Supportive onboarding with designated preceptor and competency validation program

Requirements:

• Active RN License in Virginia or compact state
• BLS certification from AHA required
• ACLS certification from AHA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cardiac or telemetry nursing preferred
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
