Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36-hour orientation provided, every other or every third weekend required, float responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Active Ohio RN license (compact or state license) required at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications required
• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Proficiency in triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, emergency medications, procedural sedation, ventilated patients, trauma care, psychiatric holds, and pediatric emergency care
• Experience with arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, IV vasopressors, and managing multisystem organ dysfunction preferred
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager, director, or formal leadership role
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccination not required
