# Job Opportunity – Operating Room RN – Texas

Schedule:

8- or 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. On-call coverage required one weekday evening per week (end of shift through 7:00 AM) and one 24-hour weekend shift per month. Day shift primarily. 1:1 patient ratio.

• 11-room surgical suite performing advanced cardiovascular, vascular, endovascular, and robotic procedures
• Equipped with state-of-the-art technology including DaVinci robots (x3), ROSA and Mazor robotics, hybrid OR, cell saver, ECMO, and perfusion pump capabilities
• Diverse case mix including CABG, valve procedures, AAA repair, endovascular interventions, robotic-assisted surgery, and orthopedic, ENT, GYN, and general procedures
• EMR system: Expanse
• Collaborative 30-member surgical team with strong support staff including anesthesia techs, CSTs, schedulers, and transport personnel
• Long-term assignment with consistent weekday scheduling and structured call rotation

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Cardiovascular OR experience required
• Vascular and robotic surgery experience required
• Ability and willingness to take call (weekday evenings and weekend rotation)
• Preferred: Endovascular experience, moderate sedation experience, CNOR certification, and proficiency in orthopedic, ENT, GYN, and general surgery cases
