Location: Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 40 hours per week with opportunity to pick up additional shifts (up to 48 hours based on availability); every other weekend

Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a specialized behavioral health setting with 198 inpatient beds across nine age-specific units
• Work with diverse patient populations including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults
• Collaborate with board-certified psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered, compassionate care
• Opportunity for additional hours beyond the standard 40-hour work week based on facility needs
• No on-call requirements
• Focus on crisis stabilization, medication management, and discharge planning in a recovery-focused environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health nursing experience required
• Pediatric nursing experience required
• Demonstrated ability to assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
• Strong documentation, communication, and patient education skills
• Commitment to maintaining professional excellence and compassionate care standards
